What is link network?:
You have website(s) which don't have enough traffic, just becuase of not enough incoming links, link network is a network of several websites which cross linking each other, in 3 way, like site a link to site b, site b link to site c, site c link to site a.
1. Links are text links, and placed somewhere in non attractive place on your website pages, where they won't make a sence for visitor eyes, since this is for only search engine purposes.

2. I build links only with relevant websites, example if your website about music, then your link parners will be only music sites etc.

3. It is not recommended to place more than 10 outgoing links. on one page.
