Due to increasing of customers and new projects, I forced to join new developers to me, who assist me with website design and programming. I was very delicate in new develope selection... In fact I needed designer who will understand me easily and produce exactly what requested. Fortunetly, I found one young guy Samir, who already assisted me with few projects. But I think I would have to engage more people, because my work is growing. But even so, I woun't change my freelancing, I will still stay as freelance person, just maybe convert oriention to "freelance designer group"  from "freelance web designer".
