I got an idea to facelift my own website. The site's skin was changed in 2004 last time. I was pretty  overloaded  with projects  and could't find a time to rebuild my own website, but I did at last. I build the site using CSS3, it becomes very populat nowdays, advantages of CSS3 site are many:

1 seperate content from code
2. non heavy of pages
3. easy to change layout
4. search engine friendly.

Main conception was not just change the look of the site, but also structure. Home page  of the site allows visitors to see my main packages with fixed prices. However they are just main ones, there are some other type of web packages too, they are coming soon.
