They allow you setup your cart for free, also they provide cPanel web control manage, and you can manage your webhosting account, email, backup and many other useful feauter over cPanel.

Step 3: As I said before, accepting credit cards is a must for online commerce. I recommend using Paypal as your merchant. It's free and easy to setup. Or if you are USA based, you can use Authorize.net

Step4: Contact me and propose some ideas, about color schemes, navigation, and competitor websites.
