Saturating and desaturating colors
The Saturate filter darkens or lightens the colors of selected objects by increasing or decreasing the percentages of color values or the percentage tint of spot colors. You set the desired percentage using the Saturate dialog box.
To saturate or desaturate colors:
- Select the objects whose colors you want to saturate or desaturate.
- Choose Filter > Colors > Saturate.
- Drag the slider or enter a value from -100% to 100% to specify the percentage by which to decrease or increase the color or the spot color tint.
- Click Preview to preview the effect and click OK.
